What is My Github Library and what problem does it try to solve?

Github is an awesome place for code sharing and collaboration. Yet when it comes to managing your watched repos all Github does is giving you a massive, long list and let you wade through yourself. Have you ever wondered "What is that great gem for sending SMS that I watched 2 months ago?" For people who watch a lot of repos, this can be a challenge. My Github Library (MGL) lets you tag and add personal description/note for each watched repositories on Github making referencing quick and easy.
